Spotlight Animals of the week!

Meet Sox! This sweet boy is around 3 1/2 years old. He was returned in December because him and the other cat he went home with were not getting along. Here at the shelter he has done great with other cats so we think him and the other cat were just not a good match. He is a very friendly boy. He loves hanging out in our catio. He seems curious of dogs and would do fine in a home with kids. He is neutered, current on vaccines, negative for FIV/FELV, and microchipped

This sweet girl is almost 7 years old and was returned almost 2 years ago when she decided she wanted to be an only pet. She tends to get overlooked as she is a very shy girl. Once she gets to know you then she thinks you are her best friend and doesn’t leave you alone 🤣 it may take her a few meet and greets for her to come out of her shell so please be patient with her. This girl loves herself a good routine and would do well in a home where she can stick to one. She would love to be an only pet and no young kids for her. She can have her playful moments, but for the most part she is pretty chill. You can always catch her carrying around a toy in her mouth. We think it’s her security blanket so we always make sure she has several in her kennel with her. She loves herself some good belly rubs and always shows us a smile when she’s excited. Although it looks scary it’s just her being excited! Sissy is spayed, current on vaccines, negative for heartworm, and microchipped
